Robusta.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe two coffee species have different properties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eArabica\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eArabica is generally associated with greater aromatic complexity and is used very widely within specialty coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDepending on the coffee, you can experience everything from chocolate and nuts to citrus, flowers, and berries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eRobusta\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eRobusta usually has a higher caffeine content and can contribute more bitterness, strong body, and a lot of crema.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTherefore, Robusta is traditionally found in many Italian-inspired espresso blends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBut more crema does not automatically mean better espresso.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCrema is only one part of the espresso, and the taste is more important.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eShould espresso be 100% Arabica?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eNo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e100% Arabica can produce excellent espresso, but coffee does not automatically become better just because it consists only of Arabica.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA good blend of Arabica and Robusta can also be a really good choice – especially if you prefer traditional espresso with plenty of body and clear intensity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eConversely, a pure Arabica coffee can be ideal if you want more focus on sweetness, fruitiness, and the origin of the coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eChoose by taste rather than percentages alone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch2\u003eCoffee beans for cappuccino\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor \u003ca used the same day it is roasted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCoffee beans release carbon dioxide after roasting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eVery fresh coffee can therefore be more difficult to you use whole coffee beans for espresso?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf you have the option, yes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEspresso requires a very precise grind size, which often needs to be adjusted from coffee to coffee – and sometimes from day to day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf the coffee is already ground, you lose the opportunity to change the grind size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTherefore, we recommend a good \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/braendeholmristeri.dk\/collections\/elektriske-kaffekvaerne\" title=\"Elektriske run?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA practical starting point is around \u003cstrong\u003e25–35 seconds\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eExample:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e18 g of coffee in\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e36 g of espresso out\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ein 30 seconds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBut time is not the goal in itself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf the espresso tastes excellent after 24 seconds, do not change it just to hit 30.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTime is a tool to understand what is espresso run too fast?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf you reach, for example, 36 grams of espresso in 15 seconds, the flow is likely faster than desired.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe first thing we would try is:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGrind the coffee finer.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAt the same time, check
