Fellow Magnetic Dosing Funnel 58 mm – less mess for espresso
Freshly ground espresso doesn't always end up only in the filter basket. When coffee is ground directly into the portafilter or distributed with a WDT tool, some of the coffee can easily end up over the edge.
Fellow Espresso 58 mm Magnetic Dosing Funnel is made to solve exactly that problem.
The dosing funnel is placed on top of a 58 mm portafilter, where magnets help keep it in place. The raised edge provides extra space for the ground coffee and makes it easier to grind, distribute, and prepare the espresso without unnecessary coffee waste around the portafilter.

Less waste of freshly ground coffee
One of the biggest advantages of a dosing funnel is quite simple: the coffee stays where it belongs – in the filter basket.
This results in less coffee on the table and around the coffee grinder, while also making it easier to work with the entire dose you have weighed out.
This is especially practical for single dosing, where you, for example, weigh out 18 grams of coffee beans and want as much as possible of the ground coffee to proceed to the brewing.
The dosing funnel does not in itself change the taste of the espresso, but it can make the preparation itself more controlled and less messy.
Great together with WDT
If you use WDT for espresso, a dosing funnel is a particularly practical addition.
When the needles are moved through the ground coffee, coffee can otherwise easily be pushed over the edge of the filter basket.
With the funnel mounted, you get a higher edge around the basket, so you can work more freely with the distribution.
A simple espresso routine could, for example, be:
Weigh coffee → grind into the portafilter → WDT → remove the funnel → tamp → brew

How to use the Fellow Magnetic Dosing Funnel
