Hario Immersion Switch Set w. Dripper, Server and Filters
The Immersion Switch is the latest innovation from Japanese company Hario.
This dripper combines pour-over with French press coffee.
Special steel balls close the outlet, allowing the coffee's flavor and aroma to steep in the water, just like with a French press. After two minutes, the switch is pressed to allow the water to flow through and into a server.
This method forms the basis for a deep, aromatic coffee from the world of French press, while simultaneously preserving the clean taste of the pour-over method.
With this set, you also receive 40 filters, a server, and of course the Immersion Switch dripper, so you can get off to a great start with this marvel.
