The Rhinowares Short Milk Thermometer is an analog thermometer with a 13 cm probe, designed to monitor milk temperature while steaming.
The short version is the compact model and is especially practical for small and medium-sized milk pitchers.
Adjustable pitcher clip
The included stainless steel clip attaches to the edge of the milk pitcher.
The clip can be moved along the thermometer probe, allowing you to adjust the height to fit the pitcher you are using. Position the tip of the probe just above the bottom of the pitcher so it measures the temperature of the milk without resting directly against the bottom.
The clip can also be removed entirely.

Temperature during steaming
The thermometer measures from −18 to 104 °C.
Rhino Coffee Gear recommends 50–65 °C as a temperature guide for steamed milk. The thermometer makes it easier to monitor the temperature along the way and stop heating at the desired moment.

Clean the thermometer probe before and after use.
The thermometer must not be left in a hot oven or used in a microwave.
