We offer a 30-day return policy on unused equipment.
As a consumer, you are also generally entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. You may examine the item in the same way you would normally be able to in a physical store. If the item has been handled more than necessary, a deduction may be made for any decrease in value.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can request a return at the bottom of the page. Fill out the form, and you will then hear from us with information regarding the return.
The voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply to coffee and other food products.
If the item is defective or faulty, please contact us instead, and we will assist you with the claim.
