Colombia Supremo – office coffee – dark roast
Produktbeskrivelse
Powerful Colombia Supremo for the workplace
Colombia Supremo dark-roasted office coffee is for businesses that want a powerful and full-bodied coffee that still maintains a clear character when served with milk.
At Brændeholm Risteri, we roast the same Colombia Supremo to different roast levels. In the dark version, we aim for more power, body, and roasting character than in our medium-roasted edition.
The tasting notes are dark chocolate, tart fruit, and caramel. Although "tart fruit" is part of the flavor profile, we do not perceive the coffee as particularly acidic. The dark roast makes the fruity side more subdued and provides a more powerful overall expression.
This makes it particularly interesting for workplaces where employees or guests prefer a classic, stronger coffee.
If you want to compare it with more options for your company, you can find our entire selection of office coffee for businesses and workplaces.
Great for espresso and milk-based drinks
We find the dark-roasted Colombia Supremo to be particularly well-suited for espresso and coffee with milk.
Its more powerful character ensures that the coffee flavor still comes through in, for example:
- Cappuccino
- Flat white
- Caffe latte
- Other milk-based coffee drinks
If the workplace has a fully automatic coffee machine that is often used for both black coffee and milk drinks, the dark roast can be a good starting point if you prefer a distinct and stronger coffee flavor.
If you brew on a traditional espresso machine, you can also find specific advice on grind size, dosage, and extraction in our guide to better espresso.
Dark or medium-roasted office coffee?
We offer Colombia Supremo as both medium- and dark-roasted office coffee because different workplaces prefer different flavor profiles.
Choose dark roast if you want:
- A stronger coffee
- More distinct roasting character
- Coffee that works well with milk
- A profile with more body and intensity
If you would prefer a more balanced and versatile coffee that can suit many different coffee preferences in the same workplace, you can take a look at Colombia Supremo – medium-roasted office coffee.
If you want to understand the difference between roast levels in more general terms, you can read about our light, medium, and dark roast profiles.
