Don Garron from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica is an SHB-classified bean (Strictly Hard Bean) – grown at a high altitude, which results in a dense, complex bean with excellent flavor development. Expect a clean and balanced cup with smooth notes of milk chocolate and fresh mandarin.
As a green bean, it is ideal for those who want full control over the roasting process. It responds beautifully to light to medium roasts, where the fruity and chocolatey notes are best expressed. An excellent bean for both filter coffee and espresso.
