Hario Immersion Switch Ceramic
The Immersion Switch is the latest innovation from Japanese Hario.
This dripper combines pour-over with French press coffee.
Special steel balls close the outlet, allowing the coffee's flavor and aroma to steep in the water, just like with a French press. After two minutes, the switch is pressed so that the water can flow through and into a serving carafe.
This method forms the basis for a deep, aromatic coffee from the world of French press, while simultaneously preserving the clean taste of the pour-over method.
With this set, you also get 40 filters so you can get started with this wonder.
