The Hario Pegasus Dripper 03 is the largest filter holder in the Pegasus series and is intended for larger pour-over brews of approximately 4–7 cups.
The Pegasus combines a classic trapezoidal shape with spiral ribs and two small drainage holes in the bottom. The smaller outlets restrict the flow compared to a traditional V60, making the brewing process less dependent on highly precise pouring technique.
Size 03 for larger brews
The 03 is the largest Pegasus dripper and is well-suited when you want to brew for several people or directly into a larger serving carafe.
The dripper has dosage markings on the inside, which can be used as a guide for the amount of coffee.
In the base, there is also a viewing hole, allowing you to monitor the brewed coffee in the cup or serving carafe during the process.
Use Pegasus size 03 filters
The Pegasus 03 must be used with trapezoidal Pegasus size 03 filters.
You can find the appropriate Hario Pegasus paper filters size 03 – 100 pcs..
For larger brews, the dripper can, for example, be combined with the Hario Pegasus Server 03 – 1000 ml.
