Peru HB MCM

Peru HB MCM is an elegant and well-balanced coffee from the highlands of Peru, where the climate and altitude create ideal conditions for slow maturation and complex flavor. The coffee beans are grown at an altitude of at least 1,200 meters, which results in a dense and hard bean structure – known as Hard Bean (HB) – and a significant boost in cup quality.

The coffee is machine cleaned (MCM – Machine Cleaned Mejorado), which ensures a uniform and clean expression with high consistency from batch to batch. The result is a coffee with clarity, stability, and a flavor profile that works well for both filter and espresso.

In the cup, you are met with a pleasant sweetness and depth, where fruit and warm notes play harmoniously together. A versatile coffee that is easy to drink – but far from boring.
