Sage The Milk Café BMF600 Milk Frother

The Sage The Milk Café BMF600 is an automatic milk frother with induction heating and adjustable temperature. It is designed for those who want hot or cold milk and the option to choose between softer latte foam and richer cappuccino foam.

You add milk, select the desired frothing disc and temperature, and start the machine. Once the selected temperature is reached, the Milk Café stops automatically.

Two frothing discs

Two different discs are included:

• Latte frothing disc – for softer and silkier milk foam

• < p>Cappuccino frothing disc – for thicker and fluffier foam

The discs make it possible to adjust the texture according to the drink you want to make.

Adjustable temperature and cold stir

The temperature is selected on the dial, so the milk can be heated as needed.

The Milk Café also features a Cold Stir setting, which stirs or froths without additional heating. This can be used for cold coffee drinks, among other things.

Induction heating

Sage uses induction to heat the jug. The heat is distributed evenly, and the jug itself can be lifted off the base after use.

The removable jug is dishwasher safe, making it significantly easier to clean than a milk frother with a fixed container.

740 ml capacity

The jug has a capacity of up to 740 ml, equivalent to about three cups of frothed milk.

This makes the Milk Café relevant if you often prepare milk for more than one drink at a time.

Measuring cap in the lid

The lid has a measuring cap that can be used to gradually add ingredients after the stirring has started.

This is practical, for example, when preparing hot chocolate.
