The Bialetti Moka Induction 2-cup combines the classic moka pot principle with a construction suitable for induction. The red upper section is made of aluminium, while the boiler combines aluminium and steel.
The 2-cup model brews approx. 100 ml of moka coffee. Bialetti's 2-cup designation refers to two small moka cups – not two regular coffee mugs.
The Moka Induction can be used on induction and regular stovetops. On induction, it is important to check whether your cooktop can detect the relatively small base of the 2-cup model, as the minimum diameter varies between induction hobs.
How to use the Bialetti Moka Induction
Fill the bottom container with water up to the safety valve.
Insert the filter funnel and fill it with coffee ground for a moka pot. Distribute the coffee evenly, but do not press or tamp it.
Screw the pot together firmly and place it on the stove over medium heat. Once the coffee has brewed into the top container, remove the pot from the heat.

2 cups means approx. 100 ml
Moka pot sizes can be confusing because Bialetti's cup designations are significantly smaller than regular coffee mugs.
This model is intended for approx. 2 small cups and yields about 100 ml of concentrated moka coffee. If you usually brew for several people or want a larger quantity, you should choose a larger Moka Induction.

Cleaning and care
Rinse the Moka Induction with water after use.
Bialetti recommends not using dish soap or abrasive cleaning agents. The pot must not be washed in the dishwasher.
Let the parts dry before reassembling or putting the pot away.
