The result is an intense and concentrated moka pot coffee, but the brewing takes place at a lower pressure than traditional espresso.

Can the Bialetti Squid Game 6-cup be used on induction?

Not directly.

The Moka Express Squid Game is made of aluminium and is therefore not directly compatible with induction stovetops.

If you have an induction stove, you can use the Bialetti Induction Plate 13 cm between the induction zone and the moka pot.

The coffee should not be tamped.

How to brew with the Bialetti Moka Express Squid Game

1. Fill water in the bottom container
Fill with water up to the level just below the safety valve.

2. Insert the filter basket
Place the filter basket in the bottom container.

3. Add coffee
Fill the basket evenly with medium-fine ground coffee.

The coffee should not be tamped.

4. Screw the moka pot together
Screw the top and bottom parts securely together.

Avoid using the handle as a lever when tightening or loosening the pot.

5. Place the moka pot on the stove

On gas, the flame must be kept under the base and not go up along the sides.
