The Hario Pegasus Dripper 01 is the smallest filter holder in the Pegasus series and is designed for brewing 1–2 cups of coffee.
The Pegasus has a trapezoidal design with spiral ribs and two small outlet holes at the bottom. The design restricts the flow compared to the Hario V60 system and is developed to make manual pour-over brewing easier to replicate.
Practical details during brewing
On the inside of the dripper, there is a marking that can be used to help dose the ground coffee.
At the bottom, there is also a small peephole so you can monitor the amount of brewed coffee in the cup or server without lifting the dripper.
Use Pegasus size 01 filters
The Pegasus 01 must be used with the corresponding trapezoidal size 01 filters.
